2. Product Specifications & Pricing

All product descriptions, bio-nutrient compositions, application dosage recommendations, and prices displayed on our portal are maintained with maximum accuracy:

• GST Inclusive Prices: All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST 5% or 12% on bio-fertilizers and bio-pesticides).
• Price Modifications: Green Diet India reserves the right to revise product pricing, volume packs, or seasonal promotional discounts without prior notification.
• Stock Availability: In case an ordered product goes out of stock, our team will notify you within 24 hours to offer an alternative batch or full immediate refund.

3. Recommended Application & Crop Performance Disclaimer

While Green Diet bio-fertilizers and plant growth promoters are scientifically formulated and lab-tested to enhance soil microflora and crop yield:

• Crop yield outcomes depend on environmental factors including soil pH, water irrigation quality, weather conditions, seed germination quality, and timely dosage application.
• Farmers are advised to follow the recommended dosage instructions printed on product packaging and consult our agronomy technical helpline (+91 98765 43210) for crop-specific guidance.

4. Authorized Dealer & Distributor Network

Retailers and distributors registered under the Green Diet Dealer Program agree to sell genuine certified products with original tamper-evident seals intact. Re-packing, dilution, or unauthorized alterations of liquid/granular bio-inputs is strictly prohibited and subject to dealer authorization cancellation.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand names, trademarks, logos, product formulas, graphics, packaging designs, and digital content published on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Green Diet Bio-Tech India Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
