Green Diet India is dedicated to delivering high-quality bio-fertilizers, organic pesticides, and seed growth promoters safely to farmers and agri-retailers in every district and PIN code across India.
Dispatch & Processing Timelines
- All orders placed before 3:00 PM (Mon-Sat) are processed and dispatched on the same day from our central warehouse.
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sunday/Public Holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.
- Standard estimated transit duration is 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and rural farming districts.
Shipping Charges & Free Delivery Thresholds
- Free Shipping: Valid on all prepaid and COD retail orders valued at ₹999 or above.
- Nominal Shipping Fee: A flat delivery charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
- Heavy bulk freight orders (over 50kg) for wholesale commercial farms are shipped via specialized surface logistics (V-Trans / TCI Freight) with custom door-delivery options.
Leak-Proof Packaging Standards
Liquid bio-inputs (Amino Power, Neem Oil, Biozyme) are bottled in double-sealed HDPE tamper-evident containers with leak-proof foil caps. Granular bags are packed in 5-ply corrugated moisture-resistant boxes to guarantee 100% damage-free delivery to your farm step.
2. Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. If you receive a damaged package, spilled liquid bottle, or incorrect item:
- 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: Report damaged or defective shipments within 7 days of delivery by calling +91 98765 43210 or emailing info@greendietindia.com with unboxing photos/videos.
- Free Pickup & Replacement: We will arrange a free reverse pickup courier and send a brand-new fresh product shipment at zero additional cost.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancelled orders or approved returns are credited back to your original bank account/UPI ID within 5 to 7 business days.
3. Farmer Privacy & Data Security
Green Diet India respects your privacy. We collect personal information (Name, Mobile Phone, Shipping Address, Email ID) solely for processing orders, communicating delivery updates via SMS/WhatsApp, and providing agronomy assistance.

- Zero Third-Party Sharing: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade farmer phone numbers or email addresses to external telemarketers or third parties.
